As you may have noticed, the IRC now has ranks.
The ranks are relational to the rank of the user in the clan, with some exceptions.
Recruits get no benefit.
Members are VOPped, meaning they are voiced no matter what. (+v)
Centurions are AOPped, this is op, the A just means auto. (+o)
First Centurions are SOPped, this means Super Operator. They are the highest a user can get. (+ao)
I am Founder, the highest rank.
